This online course is aimed primarily at those starting out on an international production and in a non-managerial role. It will act as a precursor to further face to face training for those with designated responsibilities for formal risk assessments.
This course will enable programme makers to fulfil their due diligence requirements for risk assessment training. The course also aims to raise the awareness of health and safety on a production shoot, encourage crew to recognise when something is wrong and to change personal behaviours and attitudes towards health and safety while at work; to encourage behaviour-based safety.
This course will take you approximately 60 minutes to complete. Your progress will be saved as you complete each section, but only once you have clicked ‘Mark Complete’ on the course home page. Doing this will also unlock the next section for you to move on to. At the end of this course there is a short quiz for you to complete. The pass mark is 80 per cent, and unless you have viewed all the content it will be very difficult to pass. You will only receive 3 attempts to pass the quiz. After your last attempt, the course will need to be reset and taken again. Good luck!
